| ABOUT THE FMM&T EVENT |

| We are pleased to apprise you of our next edition "Footwear Material
Manufacturing & Technology 2011" which will be organized from 12-14 May 2011
at New Delhi, India. fMM&T India is truly an International Exhibition
organized by APLF in partnership with Indian Footwear Components
Manufacturers Association (IFCOMA) and supported by Council of Leather
Exports (CLE), Indian Shoe Federation (ISF), Agra Footwear Manufacturers &
Exporters Chamber (AFMEC).

| The 3rd edition of the fMM&T India 2011 will host a separate pavilion on
Fashion Access India which will feature high quality Bags & Leather Goods,
Footwear, Apparel, Travel ware, Fashion & Lifestyle Accessories, Components
& Accessories etc. the pavilions will receive visitors like Importers,
Wholesalers, Sourcing Agents, Representatives of Fashion Brands, Private
Labels, Buying Offices, Department Stores Retailer & Boutique Buyers.

| fMM&T India 2009 & 2010 has been hailed successful events thereby achieving
its objective in gathering the best selection of footwear & leather
machinery, components and materials from a wide variety of international and
Indian manufacturers. The event has helped to bring awareness about the
potential of the local leather & footwear industry as a buyer and a supplier
to the world.

| fMM&T India 2010 attracted over 3,500 attendees from 18 countries including
Bangladesh, Brazil, Central America, China, Hong Kong, France, Italy,
Korea, Malaysia, Nepal, Russia, Spain, Taiwan, Turkey, UAE, United Kingdom,
USA & India. The event had over 180 exhibitors from prominent leather
manufacturing countries and regions including China, Italy, Bangladesh,
Taiwan, France, Egypt, Hong Kong, Korea, Thailand, USA & India and also
featured international pavilions from Taiwan and China.

| The target exhibitors at fMM&T India 2011 are suppliers to the footwear and
leather industry and will display high performance raw materials. Other
exhibits include finishing chemicals and dyes, shoe machinery equipment &
tools, CAD-CAM design and supply chain software technology and other
services. The event will host a complete trade event for the footwear and
leather industry, allowing manufacturers of footwear, leather garments,
importers, exporters and distributors of leather components, designers,
brand owners and product developers to meet less than one roof.

manufacture together on the same platform it would help in making both
businesses grow.
